How far in advance should I place my order, and how do I reserve my date?

We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially for popular dates, large events and custom requests, as our linens are made in limited quantities at this time. To reserve your date, simply request a quote through our website. Once your order is confirmed and your deposit is paid, your linens are secured!

Do you offer delivery, local pickup, or nationwide shipping?

Yes! For clients in the Raleigh, N.C., Greensboro N.C. and surrounding areas, we offer delivery and post-event pickup to ensure a seamless experience at a flat local service rate. For events beyond those areas, our linens ship nationwide with thoughtfully packaged return instructions included.

When will my order arrive, and how long is the rental period?

Your linens will arrive 1-2 business days before your event date to allow time for setup. Our standard rental period is 3 days, with return shipping or post-event pickup scheduled for the first business day after your event. 

How do I return the linens, and do I need to clean them first?

Do not launder or apply any cleaning products to the linens. All cleaning is professionally handled by our team upon return. Each piece is carefully cared for to maintain its quality. Simply shake off any crumbs or confetti and ensure all linens are completely dry before packing them back into the original box or bag. Return instructions will be included with your order, whether you're shipping them back or scheduled for post-event pickup.

Is there a rental minimum?

No minimums here! Big bash or intimate dinner, we’ve got you covered.

Can I order fabric swatches before booking?

Yes! Reach out to hello@tuttilinens.com to request your swatch.

Do you offer custom orders?

What is your cancellation policy, and can I make changes to my order after booking?

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the event will forfeit the deposit, which is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before the event will require payment of the full rental fee. Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Order Changes and Custom Orders: Changes to orders may be made until 5:00 p.m. EST on the Final Confirmation Date. Reductions in quantity after this date will not be permitted. Additions made after the Final Confirmation Date may require expedited shipping and will be billed separately. Custom orders require final counts and full payment at the time of booking. Tutti Linens, LLC cannot guarantee the availability of custom fabrics beyond the date of quotation.

What happens if an item is damaged or missing?

Damage Beyond Repair and Replacement Fees:Damage that cannot be remedied through standard professional laundering shall be deemed “damage beyond repair.” Such damage includes, but is not limited to: candle wax, permanent stains, mildew or mold, cuts, tears, holes, or burns, and alterations including stapling, gluing, cutting, writing, or other permanent modifications. In the event of damage beyond repair, the Client shall be invoiced for a replacement fee equal to four (4) times the rental price of the item. The Client will also be invoiced for the full replacement cost, equal to four (4) times the rental price, for any missing items. Normal wear such as minor stains or light soiling is expected and covered in the rental fee.
